Job Description
Customer Success Lead role at ecoplanet, responsible for active customer care, development of individual energy champion roadmaps, conducting business reviews, and close cooperation with customer-side energy responsible individuals. Must-haves: energy background, regulatory knowledge, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Energy background - one of the following routes (energy advisor or energy manager)
- Regulatory knowledge - knowledge of relevant requirements in the area of energy management systems
- Leadership experience - experience in leading or supporting a team
- Hands-on mentality - ability to work directly with customers
- Strong communication skills - ability to convey complexity in a concise manner
- Fluent German, good English
