ECS4KIDS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved children in Northeast and Central Florida through early childhood education programs such as VPK, Head Start, and School Readiness. They provide enrollment assistance, child care resources, and mental health services to help families secure high‑quality care and educational opportunities. The organization also engages volunteers and donors to sustain its mission of preparing children for lifelong learning.

Substitute Teacher
HS diploma or GED required. DCF 45-hr training preferred. Experience in a child care setting needed
Child Mental Health Specialist
Master’s degree in related field required. Valid license as Counselor/Therapist. 3+ years of experience serving young children is preferred
Child Mental Health Manager
Master's in related field, LMHC/LCSW/LMFT license, 3-5 years of experience in early childhood mental health. Strong leadership skills & knowledge of Head Start standards are essential
Special Needs Assistant
High school diploma/GED & DCF CDA or FCCPC or associate degree + 2 years experience. CA training/ECE experience, and 15 hrs in-service training per year is also required for full eligibility
Substitute Teacher
High school diploma required. TB screening & CPR certification needed. 10 hours of state-approved training within the first 90 days of employment
Substitute Teacher
High school diploma/GED, DCF training/experience preferred. Knowledge of child development. TB screening & CPR cert requirements
Substitute Teacher
High School diploma/GED required. DCF 45-hour training. Must complete training & first aid/CPR. TB screen and physical exam are required
Facilities Specialist
High school diploma/GED, 3-5 years related experience (HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing), valid driver's license with vehicle coverage

High School Diploma required with DCF training. 45-hour training preferred, plus 15-hour of in-service training annually. CPR/First Aid certification is essential
Preschool Teacher (CDA)
High School Diploma/GED required. CDA or certificate is needed based on degree level. 1-2 years of experience required, or equivalent training
