Job Description
The Child Wellness Manager provides leadership, supervision, and strategic oversight of Child Mental Health Specialists in North and Central Florida. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services aligned with Head Start and Early Head Start Performance Standards, supporting staff development, and promoting emotional well-being and school readiness. The manager also collaborates with regional teams to ensure compliance and foster program growth.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
- LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligible for licensure supervision
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in early childhood mental health
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
