Job Description
ECS is seeking a Center Support Assistant to provide a nurturing environment for children, assisting with classroom activities, maintaining a safe space, and supporting parents. The role involves fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners, adhering to established policies, and participating in family-focused programs. ECS provides opportunities to work in various counties throughout Northeast and Central Florida.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with DCF 45-hour training and CDA highly preferred
- Knowledge of child growth and development
- Ability to implement developmentally appropriate practices
- Knowledge of applicable safety and abuse-reporting procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
