Electrical Construction Engineer

The Electrical Construction Engineer will assist the Electrical Construction Manager on site and execute the defined strategy for monitoring. They will manage subcontractors and implement company rules on site while ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in site construction execution and subcontractor management
• In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical installation and a general understanding of power plant systems
• Commercial awareness
• Multicultural mindset
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to delegate, prioritize, and act directly to achieve project milestones
• Capable of managing and defining solutions
• Demonstrate common sense, respect, and loyalty
• Adherence to assigned targets, planning and budgets
• Open-mindedness to change and new ideas
