Piping Supervisor

Opportunity for a Piping Supervisor working with ENKA UK on the Hinkley Point C Project. Provide Construction Engineering in accordance project requirements and procedures in the Projects.

Requirements

• Provide Construction Engineering in accordance project requirements and procedures in the Projects.
• Carry out construction engineering work to standards and procedures within the project.
• Maintain the necessary records to ensure full quality assurance requirements are met.
• Carry out construction feasibility and method studies.
• Ensure that all operations under his control are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
• Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in the group are aware of each Project’s quality requirement.
• Assembles, installs and repairs Mechanical and associated piping systems according to project specifications and appropriate trade and building codes.
• Makes decisions by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with agreed method statements, risk assessments and job safety analysis, ensure that the contractor maintains standards within work areas.
• Coordination of Installation activities for direct hires, temporaries and sub-contractors.
• Housekeeping of the work areas; collection, segregation and disposal of wastes as required; removal of unused materials and clear the work floors to eliminate/reduce slipping or tripping risks in your work area.
• Safe use, protection, storage and care of general maintenance products, hand and power tools
