Site Supervisor (Black Hat)

An exciting career opportunity for a Site Supervisor (Black Hat) to join our global company, overseeing installation activities at a site near Bridgewater, Somerset. The role involves interacting with other team members, reporting to the UK Services Director, and requiring regular travel to various sites.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly within the construction industry
• Experience of promoting a proactive safety culture, compliance, safety audits, inspections, enforcing site rules and procedures, escalating when necessary
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• Electrical and / or Mechanical certification
• CCNSG or HS&E or IOSH
• Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with diverse workers across different teams, subcontractors, clients and management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must be fluent in English both verbal and written is essential
