Job Description
The Quality Assurance Administrator at the Quality Management team will maintain databases, logs, and records, assisting with quality control processes. Responsibilities include stamp logging, calibration/certification log creation, and quality document retention. The role requires adaptability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in aerospace quality administration or related roles
- Knowledge of aerospace quality standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
