The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards before reaching the customer. This role will oversee the entire quality assurance process, including developing quality policies, conducting inspections, and leading a team of QA technicians and Engineers.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Quality Engineers and inspectors.
- Oversee and perform product inspections and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Analyze quality performance using statistical and analytical tools.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance.
- Address customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.
