Job Description
Redwire Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production lifecycle, developing control plans, managing non-conformance processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in material science, chemistry or a related field.
- Experience and understanding of quality management processes.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and cooperation skills.
- High accuracy and attention to the detail.
- Technical knowledge in mechanical systems, electronics and software.
- Proficiency of MS Office and MS Dynamics.
- Experience in working with quality methods: FMEA, SPC, CAPA.
- Fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken. Russian language is considered as an advantage.
