Job Description
Redwire Corporation is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure suppliers meet quality standards and deliver materials in line with company requirements. The role involves evaluating, selecting, and auditing suppliers, monitoring their performance, and leading supplier non-conformance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably related to quality
- Experience and understanding of quality processes
- Understanding of quality management systems and industry standards
- Experience with quality methods (FMEA, SPC, CAPA) and statistical analysis
- High accuracy and sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to work in dynamic conditions
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Latvian and English is required
