Senior Consultant-Product Management: Good understanding of Retail, Corporate, and Digital Banking domains, conducting market studies, and owning functional system design. Excellent analytical, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills required.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Retail, Corporate, and Digital Banking domains.
• Experience in conducting market studies to assess industry trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product differentiation.
• Own the functional system design — think in systems, visualize and document the functional architecture, and define component interactions and boundaries with proven experience
• Own the functional data model — define key data entities and their relationships to support clear, consistent business flows.
• Working knowledge of APIs — understanding API inputs, outputs, and how they enable integration across systems.
• Familiarity with the Agile product development lifecycle, and understand how to articulate epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience delivering product demos and presentations to internal teams, senior leadership, and prospective clients.
• Excellent analytical, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex functional scenarios and conflicting priorities.
• Applies consulting skills, structured reasoning, and clear articulation to influence diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborates confidently with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams, building strong working relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Designs and communicates end-to-end product flows and operational processes with clarity and precision.
• Learns quickly and operates as a self-starter, taking ownership of work and driving outcomes independently.
