Finacle is seeking a Senior Consultant-Product Management to lead the ideation, development, and management of Customer Data Management and Case Management solutions. The role demands a strategic mindset, deep expertise in the customer service industry, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic market landscape.
Requirements
- 4 to 16 years of experience in the banking/CRM domain with exposure to Customer Data Management and Service Requests Management
- Hands-on expertise in Customer Data Management systems like Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira to manage user stories, epics, and documentation
- Familiarity with software development life cycles (waterfall, agile, etc.)
- Analytical & Communication Skills
