Black Seal Boiler Operator-Brookside

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Black Seal Boiler Operator to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot low-pressure steam and hot water boilers, conduct routine inspections, and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response outside of regular working hours.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• HVAC or plumbing certification
• Experience in a healthcare, commercial, or residential facility environment
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Valid Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator License (New Jersey or applicable state)
