Job Description
Edgewood Properties is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for its multi-family property, Sunrise Bay, in Galloway Township, NJ. The role involves diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues to maintain the property's physical condition, ensuring service standards are met, and prioritizing work requests. The position is full-time and requires 2+ years of experience.
Requirements
- Diagnose and perform basic repairs and maintenance (HVAC, electrical, major appliances, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
- Ability to paint, spackle, and perform basic repair tasks.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Pass certification in HVAC, electrical, or entry level trades (Class A).
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response.
- Live within a 45-minute drive of the community.
- Ability to operate motorized vehicles.
