Job Description
Edgewood Properties is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for their multi-family property in Phillipsburg, NJ. This full-time position is available with growth plans for the property, and is part of a team focused on maintaining the community through repair and service. The role involves diagnosing problems, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Diagnose and perform repairs in maintenance tasks.
- Paint / spackle, HVAC clean coils, and change/replace parts.
- Assist with repairs and make repairs on assigned service requests.
- Read and understand labels on supplies and containers.
- Perform turn responsibilities and general maintenance tasks.
