Job Description
Edgewood Properties is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for its Neptune property portfolio. They are experiencing rapid growth and looking to add a skilled technician to maintain the community to support development and operations. This is a full-time, 3+ year industry experience position with potential for overtime.
Requirements
- Execute maintenance tasks, including diagnosing and repairing issues.
- Report to Maintenance Manager/Supervisor and assist in supervising technical staff (technical 1 & tech 2).
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Complete assigned service requests and repairs.
- Maintain community grounds and buildings.
- Respond to resident requests and resolve problems.
- Adhere to EP policies and procedures.
