Pave HER Way, a California nonprofit seeking a bold Founding Executive Director, is launching an organization to uplift girls and women in leadership and influence. The Executive Director will lead strategic planning, organizational development, program design, and team building, focusing on scaling impactful programs across Los Angeles and beyond. Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit management.
• Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Experience in HR functions, including hiring, retention, staff development, and building organizational culture.
• Strong fundraising experience, including a track record of securing significant grants and donations.
• Strong systems thinking and analytical abilities.
• Advanced degree preferred (Bachelor's degree required).
