Job Description
This part-time/full-time or contract position is designed to support the Intuit Tax season through training and operations. Program Ready Trainers assist new hires, coach students, and transition to operational roles based on business needs. They gain experience and may be eligible for future EAW opportunities.
Requirements
- Collegiate education in a business-related field preferred.
- A minimum of (1) Intuit tax season experience as a Product Expert or Tax Specialist.
- Minimum (1) Intuit tax season of customer service experience
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
