Job Description
This part-time or full-time Intuit Program Ready Trainer position supports training and operations during the Intuit Tax season. The role involves assisting with new hire classes, providing coaching and guidance, and transitioning to operational roles as a Product Expert or Tax Specialist based on business needs. It involves supporting both morning and afternoon schedules.
Requirements
- Collegiate education in a business-related field preferred
- Minimum of (1) Intuit tax season experience as a Product Expert or Tax Specialist
- At least (1) Intuit tax season of customer service experience
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Intuit account and tools subject matter expert
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
