Intervention Specialist

The Intervention Specialist is responsible for all aspects of Special Education services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws. They must work collaboratively with teachers and parents to support students with disabilities and proactively stay updated on best practices. This role involves planning and delivering instruction, monitoring student progress, and communicating with school officials and parents.

Requirements

• Current Mild to Moderate Intervention Specialist Licensure in Ohio
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers/staff/community
• Demonstrated successful teaching experience in an urban education setting (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks
• Ability to meet established deadlines
