Job Description
We are seeking an experienced attorney to lead a team in providing legal services to our proprietary funds business and provide strategic thought and legal leadership to support the development and operation of our proprietary funds.
Requirements
- Lead a team of attorneys and a paralegal
- Provide legal advice and support to leaders across our proprietary funds business
- Use deep understanding of the Investment Company Act and related regulation
- Develop and implement solutions to eliminate, manage and mitigate risk
- Analyze and resolve complex legal matters
- Employ excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interact with outside counsel to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex or unique legal questions
