This is an anticipated financial advisor position that allows you to express interest and become prequalified for a future financial advisor role. As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you'll develop and grow your own practice, supported by a team and provided with industry-leading training. Requirements

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies
• Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns
• Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability
