Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will serve as a trusted resource for both Electrical Equipment Company (EECO) and its external customers, providing technical assistance and guidance on industrial automation products and solutions.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in industrial automation, technical support, or related role
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, industrial automation products and control systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
