Job Description
Effective School Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Float Clinician) to provide clinical services to students with significant behavioral and emotional needs across multiple districts in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and West Coast regions. The role involves extensive training and will require a strong understanding of the organization's protocols and service model. Clinicians will focus on ensuring academic and mental health stability and promoting student growth.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel between numerous districts.
- Must hold a clinical license in social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be willing to complete thorough clinical documentation.
- 3+ years experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges
