Job Description
Effective School Solutions (ESS) is a leading provider of school-based mental health services in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and West Coast. They are seeking a Bilingual Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician to provide clinical services to a small group of students in designated districts, utilizing experience with a professional team and full training. The role involves extensive training, collaboration with the school administration, and maintaining a strong professional license.
Requirements
- Delivers clinical interventions consistent with needs of the student and family.
- Demonstrates competency in group therapy, individual counseling, and family counseling.
- Understands and optimizes the collaboration and coordination of the interdisciplinary team.
- Must be willing to travel between numerous districts in their assigned area.
- Must hold a clinical license in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy (in the applicable state).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer usage.
