As a Customer Enablement Specialist, you will work with customers to understand their HR challenges and empower them to use our SaaS platform independently. You will be the central point of contact for customers during onboarding, reboarding, and recurring survey cycles, and help them make the most of our platform by standing by their side as a trusted advisor when needed.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding/Enablement, Account Management, or comparable roles
- Experience or strong affinity with HR, People & Culture, or Employee Feedback solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with senior stakeholders up to C-Level
- Strong customer orientation and ability to act as a consultant and constructively challenge
- Structured, proactive work style and good project management skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to translate challenges into practical solutions
- High technical affinity and willingness to learn new tools
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent German skills (must-have) and good English skills
