eFlexervices is a BPO company seeking a Junior Operations Manager to support their Operations Manager and ensure consistent quality and performance in operations. The role focuses on People Management, Performance Management, and Productivity Management, requiring a strong team leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. The team works closely with diverse teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a BPO handling US-based accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
