Job Description
Eggs Unlimited is a family-owned company seeking a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the end-to-end M&A process. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach, ensuring that each acquisition aligns with the company's growth objectives and delivers sustainable value.
Requirements
- Oversee all aspects of the M&A lifecycle
- Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition targets
- Prepare and present comprehensive business cases and strategic rationales
- Evaluate financial due diligence findings
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive integration plans
- Project manage accounting integration
- Monitor post-acquisition performance
- Support ad-hoc finance and accounting initiatives
