Job Description
EGYM Wellpass is seeking a talented Account Executive (M/F) to join their mission and revolutionize employee access to sports and wellness activities in Belgium. The role involves identifying, engaging, and convincing new clients while building strong relationships, playing a key part in the company's growth and conquering the Belgian market as part of a small team.
Requirements
- Dutch Native speaker and speak english (French is a plus)
- Graduate from a top business school or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with HR Directors, Works Councils
- “Hunter” profile: passionate about prospecting and developing new accounts
- Expert in the art of successfully closing deals
- Enthusiastic about commercial challenges and collaborative work
- Comfortable managing KPIs and mastering your sales pipeline
