Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT Help Desk or support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English; ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
