As Salesforce Architect (m/w/d) in the Energy Consulting team, you will be instrumental in advancing digitalization in the energy sector and supporting energy supply companies in elevating their business processes to the next level. You will be responsible for:

• Translating customer requirements and challenges into Salesforce functions and solutions
• Process analyses on the customer side as well as migration planning and documentation
• Technical project responsibility and leading our developers and consultants
• Conception and implementation of technical solutions in the Salesforce environment (Energy & Utilities Cloud & Omnistudio, Sales-, Service- and Experience Cloud)
• Supporting the development of new business relationships
• Ensuring sustainable and scalable solutions and responsible for technical customer consulting and development
• Monitoring and advising the customer in all project phases, taking into account new features and sensible implementation roadmaps

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and implementation of CRM systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce Core Clouds, ideally also in one of the following clouds: Energy & Utilities Cloud, Media & Communications Clouds, Financial Services Cloud or Healthcare & Life Sciences Clouds
• Project experience on a company level, including experience in Salesforce development
• Several years of experience in designing and implementing global systems
• Conceptual skills to represent customer requirements in Salesforce functions and workflows
• Experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem and possession of technical Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, supplemented by Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales / Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Business Analyst)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
