Your tasks

As a (Senior) Salesforce Consultant (m/w/d) in the Energy Consulting team, you drive the digitalization of the energy industry and support energy suppliers in improving their sales, customer service, and marketing processes. You will

• take on the analysis, conception, and implementation of implementation and integration requirements in the Salesforce environment with our customers in the energy industry (Energy & Utilities Cloud, Sales-, Service-, and Experience Cloud)
• be responsible for implementing the Energy & Utilities Cloud (Omni Scripts, Flexcards, energy economic data model, and standard processes)
• design and optimize processes in sales, service, and marketing
• result and project responsibility throughout the entire product life cycle
• document and define business requirements in the form of user stories
• conduct scoping and optimization workshops as well as training measures at the customer
• occasionally support at pre-sales meetings including demo preparation
• lead our customers, guide and advise them throughout the entire project cycle

Your profile

You have at least 2-3 years of experience in the successful implementation of Salesforce projects

You have comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales and Service Cloud) and ideally also in one of the following clouds: Energy & Utilities Cloud, Media & Communications Clouds, Financial Services Cloud, Healthcare & Life Sciences Clouds, Manufacturing Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud

If you have not yet collected experience with the Energy & Utilities Cloud or Flexcards, you can learn this with us

You have fundamental knowledge and understanding of the operational processes in the areas of CRM, sales, customer service, or marketing as well as process analysis and documentation

You have knowledge and practical experience in project management and Scrum

You bring excellent communication skills, solution orientation, and conflict resolution skills

You have already successfully completed Salesforce certifications

You have fluent German and English knowledge in word and writing
