As a (Senior) Salesforce Consultant, you take over the implementation, adaptation and configuration of Salesforce solutions tailored to the individual business requirements of our customers with your project team.
You analyze customer requirements and develop customized CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform.
You take over the conception and implementation of implementation projects, including the Salesforce Sales-, Service- & Experience-Cloud.
You document and define business requirements in the form of user stories.
You are responsible for the implementation of feasibility studies of the discussed requirements and lead measures to minimize risks.
Together with the project team, you bear responsibility for the project lifecycle - from initiation, conception, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
You conduct scoping and optimization workshops as well as training measures with the customer.
You support at pre-sales meetings, including the preparation of demos to present customized solutions to potential customers.
You have at least two years of experience in the successful implementation of Salesforce projects, ideally as a business analyst, consultant, or in a similar position.
Your strong analytical and communication skills enable you to understand customer requirements and present solutions effectively.
You are well-versed in CRM processes and business operations in the areas of sales, customer service, or marketing.
You have a structured work style and are familiar with various project management methods.
You already have Salesforce certifications.
You have fluent German and English skills in speech and writing.
