Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2+ years leading high-performing inside sales or SMB teams
- Proven track record building teams from scratch or scaling teams 3x+
- Experience managing $5M+ in team quota with consistent attainment
- Track record of promoting team members and developing future leaders
- Deep curiosity about AI—you understand how models work, not just what they do
- Ability to coach reps on translating technical concepts into business value
- Comfort discussing AI capabilities, limitations, and competitive differentiators
- Experience selling technical or data-driven products (AI/ML strongly preferred)
- Mastery of sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
- Experience implementing sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills—you use data to make decisions, not just report results
- Proficiency with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and revenue intelligence tools
- Player-coach mentality—you'll close deals alongside your team while building systems
