Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to help us revolutionise the physical and digital music industry. We've invented a new technology to produce on-demand vinyl records and built a web platform for music creators to create and sell their products worldwide via our store at zero cost.
Requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance on production stations
- Identify failure modes and carry out corrective actions
- Calibrate stations as required
- Monitor station performance and record observations
- Recover from robot transport failures
- Manage dual-role stations
- Log the installation and removal of new and old tools
- Report observed failure modes to the Production Manager
- Monitor conditioning parameters
- Carry out maintenance checks and corrective actions on other assets
- Own machine reliability and performance
- Report the main reasons for reduced OEE/machine output on a daily basis
- Ensure quality standards are met
