Manufacturing Operator

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to help us redefine the physical and digital music industry. The role involves hands-on work, operating various machinery and equipment, and maintaining high production standards. As part of this role, you'll work on a rotating shift basis, providing exposure to different aspects of our production processes and supporting work-life balance for many team members.

Requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above.
• A keen interest in the production process and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time to meet production deadlines.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials if required.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts and weekends if necessary.
