Job Description
Electroflow is seeking a Facilities Engineer to own and operate the facilities at their Bay Area site, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and scalability of labs, pilot systems, and builds. This role involves managing facility operations, building infrastructure, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with various teams to support growth in their lithium iron phosphate production facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in facilities, lab operations, or industrial environments.
- Strong skills in contractor management, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Working knowledge of lab or shop infrastructure (ventilation, compressed air, chemicals handling).
