Job Description
Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Commercial and General Litigation Associate Attorney to represent businesses and individuals in Central New York. This role involves handling a variety of cases from inception to conclusion, including drafting pleadings, documents, and motions, while also participating in trial and deposition. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school
- Admission in New York (or ability to waive in) required
- Experience before NYS courts; federal court experience preferred
- Ability to travel for in person depositions and court conferences
- High level organization skills
- Excellent research skills
- High standards of performance
- Must exhibit conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility
