Job Description
Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Commercial Litigation/Bankruptcy/Secured Transactions Associate Attorney for a contract role in Syracuse, NY. This position involves defending businesses and individuals in insolvency matters, including consumer and commercial collections, contract disputes, and secured lending. The role requires strong research, drafting, and legal skills, with a focus on independent litigation and negotiation.
Requirements
- Experience with general commercial law and litigation with a focus on insolvency matters, including consumer and commercial collections, contract and business disputes, liquidations, workouts, reorganizations, and secured lending.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high performance standards.
- Experience with online filing and research.
- Must be able to travel as needed.
