Job Description
Element Biosciences is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Customer Support team in the APJ region. The role involves providing frontline technical support to customer inquiries, managing customer issues, and collaborating with regional teams. The position requires strong technical skills, customer management, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Bioengineering, Electrical Engineering, CS, or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with customer support and/or biotech in a customer support role
- Hands-on experience with NGS technologies (libraries, sequencing, data analysis)
- Experience with informatics workflows
- Excellent English communication skills
