Job Description
Get started on an exciting career at Element! Sales Manager is responsible for origination of new business through prospecting and win share of wallet with existing clients. The sales approach in Element is consultative, requiring tenacity to sell industry-leading finance solutions and fleet management services.
Requirements
- Generate new business & share of wallet opportunities with customers and prospects
- Identify needs and develop proposals with Element's value-added services
- Coordinate end-to-end sales process for new customer onboarding
- Accountable for overall relationship management of assigned clients
- Meet clients to maintain and growth business relationship
- Oversee line renewals and legal changes
- New products & services introduction with existing clients to enhance profitability
- Presentation of new products to prospects and clients once rolled out
- Responsible for development, planning, and execution of strategic account plan
- Identify and articulate best practices within the industry
