Senior Process Engineer

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design, scale-up, and optimization of chemical manufacturing processes from lab to commercial scale. This role involves deep chemical engineering and process development expertise, with a focus on reaction chemistry, P&ID development, and project execution. The engineer will serve as a cross-functional technical leader, supporting global initiatives and ensuring robust, cost-effective, and high-quality process implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline
• 11 years of experience in chemical process development, scale-up, or manufacturing
• 7+ years of experience with Masters' degree
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
