Surface Finishing Engineer

MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is seeking a Surface Finishing Engineer to install and service industrial chemicals for surface finishing applications. The role involves providing demonstrations, assisting customers, and ensuring excellent service to clients. The position requires travel and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a highly diverse customer base.

Requirements

• Establish rapport with customers and become a trusted resource
• Perform practical demonstrations of products at customer premises
• Will act as part of a team of 3-4 reps to assist on sales calls, train, and interact with customers and vendors
• Follows through on services rendered to customers in the field
• Provides assistance to customers both in person and by phone, dealing with technical and operational issues
• Extensive travel to customer or manufacturing sites required 50% or more (approximately 20+hrs on the road, on average 2/3 nights away) possibly some weekend – travel to be based on customer needs
• Person must be able to travel internationally with a passport
