Job Description
The Head of Planning & Operations will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of operations framework and business processes, developing and operating the Sales and Operational Planning process, and leading Programme Management best practices across all projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leading business units/entities with accountability for Operations Management and Planning
- Operating a PMO and managing programmes/projects
- Strong business acumen with familiarity of operating a Profit and Loss
- Team player with ability to influence and lead peers
- Strong communicator with a customer focused mindset
