Job Description
We are seeking a Seasonal Lab Technician to join our Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Testing team at our laboratory in Surrey Hills, Guildford. The role involves measuring the rate at which energy is absorbed per unit mass by a human body when exposed to a radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic field. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory safety and be able to operate complex equipment.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of laboratory safety
- HS diploma or GED certificate preferred
- 0-2 years' experience in a testing related field
- Basic understanding of testing concepts
- Computer skills
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
