The Director, Global Aviation Partnerships is responsible for building and scaling partnerships with the ultrahigh net worth concierge and multi-family office service ecosystems. This role requires discretion, deep relationship capital, and an intimate understanding of how UHNW families and their advisors operate.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a global partnership strategy targeting UHNW family offices, multi-family offices, private concierge firms, and trusted advisors serving UHNW individuals and their entities.
- Leverage an established network within the family office and concierge ecosystem to originate, structure, and expand long-term strategic partnerships.
- Engage principals, family office executives, chiefs of staff, and senior concierge leaders to translate lifestyle, security, and business needs into highly customized aviation solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on private aviation programs, economics, competitive positioning, and service models appropriate for UHNW clientele.
- Partner with internal technology and operations teams to ensure Elevate’s booking platform integrates seamlessly into partner ecosystems while preserving service standards
- Lead onboarding and program launches for all levels of clientele.
- Maintain oversight and involvement in client issue resolution, service recovery, and sensitive operational needs.
- Represent Elevate Jet discreetly at relevant industry events, private forums, and relationship-driven engagements within the UHNW community.
- Continuously deepen understanding of UHNW client expectations, service trends, and competitive offerings to inform solution development.
- Drive exceptional client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnership growth.
- Establish regular business review sessions articulating the state of the programs, strategic objectives, project progress and other performance metrics.
- Maintain a robust pipeline within CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and executive visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across globally distributed teams to deliver seamless enterprise implementations and ongoing program support.
- Ensure signed contracts are shared with key stakeholders to foster timely billing, or for reporting activities.
- Maintain appropriate levels of involvement with client issues requiring resolution, including invoices, accounts receivables, service incidents.
