Elevate Semiconductor is seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Engineering Manager to lead and support customer-facing technical operations in Taiwan.
Requirements
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers, providing in-depth support on IC products, test performance, and system integration.
- Debug and analyze device and test system issues, working hands-on with ATE hardware and software to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Own the technical resolution of customer returns and performance issues by coordinating cross-functional resources in design, test, and quality engineering.
- Develop and maintain test and characterization plans, perform data analysis, and drive continuous product and process improvement.
- Monitor key customer KPIs, analyze failure trends, and initiate and track corrective action programs to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to local engineers—offering guidance on debugging, test methodologies, and customer communication best practices.
- Represent Elevate Semiconductor in customer audits, technical reviews, and product qualification discussions, ensuring alignment between technical requirements and company capabilities.
- Collaborate with global engineering, operations, and sales to align on product quality, reliability, and application support strategies.
