Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a textile manufacturing environment
Night Shift Machine Operator
High school degree, ability to read, write, and do simple math, ability to communicate with co-workers and management
Industrial Sewing Machine/Quilter Operators and Technicians
2-3 short requirements
Dispatcher
High school diploma, 2+ years dispatch experience, operations or traffic experience, and comprehensive working knowledge of computer aided quotation systems
Loom Technicians and Weavers
1-20+ years of experience, maintenance and operation of weaving machines, daily preventative maintenance activities
Onsite Coordinator
Bilingual in Haitian Creole and English, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in recruitment, onboarding, or employee support roles
Manufacturing Department Manager
2+ years management experience in manufacturing or distribution environment, demonstrated leadership, and ability to work across all levels of team members
