Quality Manager

The Burlington operation in Raeford, NC has been proudly producing dress uniform fabric for the US Military for more than 50 years. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to oversee the quality control and testing processes at our textile yarn manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control standards for yarn manufacturing processes to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee multiple laboratory operations, ensuring that testing procedures are consistent, accurate, and aligned with quality objectives.
• Manage a team of lab technicians and quality personnel, providing guidance and support as needed to troubleshoot quality issues and maintain product consistency.
• Collaborate with production teams to set quality standards for each stage of the yarn manufacturing process, from fiber preparation to winding and packaging.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, process adjustments, and preventive measures.
